King Street West and Strachan Avenue A partnership between Lifetime Urban Development Group and BLVD Developments, Liberty Market Lofts is a new live/work condominium project at the Liberty Village master-planned community in Toronto's west end. The seven-storey building will feature approximately 240 live/work loft spaces, SUITES Two-storey units of one-bedroom to two-bedroom-plus-office configurations.
All of the units offer live-work designation. Size 545 to 1,175 square feet with an exterior design by Wallman Architects, and interiors by Chapman Design Group.

Historically Liberty Village was the industrial hub in the city of Toronto. The buildings in the area speak for Toronto’s quest for modernity, a journey which has now taken the city to new heights becoming a world class metropolitan. Looking around, one spots various such building now used for other purposes. There is the Toronto Carpet Factory Building built in 1920, or the “Castle” built in 1912 for production of baking powder.
